I am an experienced, accredited therapist, offering a safe, supportive space for you to explore your needs. Working with all ages, I draw on a variety of therapies. My specialism is guiding those who have experienced trauma. I help you navigate difficult feelings at your own pace, ensuring support is tailored to your unique journey. This fosters understanding and resilience.

We focus on small, manageable steps, exploring how past experiences shape present responses and building skills you can use day-to-day.
