About Me

We all carry stories inside of us. Some of our stories are are clear and others are fragmented, tangled or repressed and cause emotional pain. My role as a psychologist is to collaboratively explore and understand where you are stuck in your stories on a thought, emotional, physiological and behavioral level. I draw on cognitive-behavior and schema therapy approaches, neuropsychological research insights and a compassionate relational style to create a space where you can feel more connected to yourself again.

Approach

Sessions take place in Pretoria in English, Afrikaans or German.
