Luc Boudreau - Psychotherapist

Occupational Therapist

As an integrative therapist, I draw from several therapeutic frameworks in order to meet your unique needs. I offer a comfortable and safe space to work with your emotions and develop insight into life patterns that are no longer serving you.

About Me

I am an Occupational Therapist in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I help you manage anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD and low self-esteem through CBT, online therapy and coaching. I focus on practical skills and clear action steps you can use between sessions.

Approach

As an integrative therapist, I draw from several therapeutic frameworks in order to meet your unique needs. I find great satisfaction in helping others regain a sense of control and purpose in their daily lives.

I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most important agent for change. My approach is empathic, supportive and collaborative. I believe strongly in a client’s ability to create positive changes through their own strengths and resources. I offer a free 30-minute exploratory call/video chat to find out how I work, how I may be able to help, and to answer any questions you may have.
