About Me
Approach
As an integrative therapist, I draw from several therapeutic frameworks in order to meet your unique needs. I find great satisfaction in helping others regain a sense of control and purpose in their daily lives.
I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the most important agent for change. My approach is empathic, supportive and collaborative. I believe strongly in a client’s ability to create positive changes through their own strengths and resources. I offer a free 30-minute exploratory call/video chat to find out how I work, how I may be able to help, and to answer any questions you may have.

Through our work together (either as a Psychotherapist or as a Coach), I can help you realize your full potential, strengthen important relationships and live a more integrated and confident life.
