About Me
Approach
I aim to keep it real, genuine, and down-to-earth. I want to create a warm space where you feel seen and heard, allowing you to talk freely without fear of judgment.
I work in a client-centred and collaborative way, meaning we go at your pace and focus on what feels important to you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. I’m here to walk with you, one step at a time.

1. Inclusive, Personalised & Integrative
You’re not a checklist, so I won’t treat you like one. I integrate therapeutic approaches tailored to you. My practice is inclusive and supportive of a wide range of experiences: neurodivergence, non-traditional relationships, LGBTQ+ identities, (non)religious perspectives, cultural diversity, and chronic illness. If something doesn’t work for you, we change it. Your space, your pace.
2. Convenient & Flexible Availability
Therapy should fit into your life, not the other way around. I offer sessions during regular hours, evenings, weekends, and even holidays, because life doesn’t pause at 5 PM. I also offer last-minute sessions because you shouldn’t have to schedule your mental breakdowns!
3. Free Consultations
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, I totally get that. That’s why I offer a free 30-minute consultation. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, let’s just talk. No pressure, no strings attached. What’s the worst that could happen!
4. Accessible
My practice is fully online, so you can access support wherever you are, even while traveling. No commutes, no awkward waiting rooms, just a private space to talk, from the comfort of your own home.
5. Multicultural & International Background
I was raised in a biracial (Asian–European) household, where two very different sets of cultural values often clashed. I also grew up attending international schools, navigating the unique pressures and social dynamics that come with them. I understand what it’s like to feel caught between worlds, and I connect deeply with clients who have grown up abroad, moved countries often, or don’t fully feel at home in one place. My exposure to both conservative and progressive perspectives also helps me work sensitively with people from many walks of life.
