As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years' experience, I help adults and teenagers understand and manage these challenges. Using cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), we explore thought patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My aim is to provide a clear, supportive path towards greater well-being and resilience.

When anxiety or low mood takes hold, I focus on creating a steady, practical rhythm in sessions that helps you notice unhelpful thoughts, test small changes and build skills that fit your daily life. I offer a calm, structured space in Dhahran and online, in English or Spanish, where sessions move at your pace and homework is tailored to what feels doable. We use behavioral experiments, short skill practices and clear feedback to measure progress. This approach suits people seeking clear steps and steady collaboration.
