About Me
Approach
Hello,
I am fully clinical trained as an Art therapist.I hold a MA in Art therapy and I am accredited by the HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council) and BAAT (British Association of Art Psychotherapists). This allows me to practice safely in the Uk.
Art therapy is about expressing yourself with a mix of conversation, and creativity when words alone are not enough to understand what you are feeling, and helping to gain clarity in your behaviours.
Together we can explore different perspectives and ideas to cope, embrace who you truly are and feel grounded in your body.
My therapeutic approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic and relational principles.
You can text or call me to arrange an initial 15 minute free consultations to discuss the potentialities of working together.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
