My work focuses on clear, step-by-step adjustments tailored to each person's day-to-day experience. In Alberton I offer flexible in-person and online sessions in English, and with children I regularly invite parents into brief check-ins to keep everyone aligned. Sessions blend simple coaching tools, reflective conversation and practical tasks between meetings so adolescents and adults can try new ways of coping, communicating and making choices.
