Verified“I offer a warm, collaborative space for individuals navigating stress, trauma, grief, and major life changes. About Me
Approach
My approach is relational and trauma-informed. I believe that healing happens through safety, connection, and compassion — both toward yourself and within the therapeutic relationship. I draw from several modalities depending on your needs: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): to help process traumatic memories and release patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Parts Work / Internal Family Systems-informed: to support self-understanding and compassion toward the different parts of you that have developed through past experiences. Mindfulness and Somatic Awareness: to help you reconnect with your body and regulate your nervous system. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): to build resilience, self-compassion, and alignment with your values. Narrative Therapy: to help you re-author your story in a way that honours your strengths and survival. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and paced according to your readiness. I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered — not rushed or judged.
