About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Linden, Gauteng, South Africa. I treat abuse, addiction, conduct problems, grief, and mood disorders. I offer psychodynamic therapy, individual therapy, psychoeducation, and adoption-related assessments.

Approach

Deepening your relationship to yourself and others guides how I structure our time together, with curiosity and steady attention to small shifts. Sessions in Randburg or online, in English or Afrikaans, are paced to your tolerance—sometimes reflective and slow, sometimes focused on practical steps—and we check in between to consolidate insights or try brief experiments. I tend to blend reflective listening with gentle challenge so patterns become visible and changeable. People juggling loss, attachment wounds or burnout often find this steady, relational rhythm helpful.
