I am a Registered Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's complexities. My approach supports you in transforming challenges into opportunities for growth within your relationships. Drawing on my BPsych training, I collaborate with you to build communication skills and foster deeper understanding. I offer a dedicated space for those ready to transform challenges into stronger, more fulfilling connections.

Helping people move from overwhelm toward stronger connection, I guide therapy with clear, interactive steps that keep us focused and practical. In sessions—either in Brackenfell or online, in English or Afrikaans—we balance paced reflection with communication practice, safety planning, and short between-session tasks that build momentum. I listen for patterns of hurt and resilience, gently testing new ways of relating while attending to trauma’s impact on daily life.
