About Us

We are a mental health organisation based in Green Park, Delhi, India. We offer counseling, relationship counseling, and advocacy for individuals, couples, and families. We keep sessions confidential.

Approach

We shape each engagement around practical access and shared decision-making, meeting clients where they are in New Delhi, by phone or video, and in English or Hindi/Urdu. Sessions move at a collaborative pace: brief check-ins, focused exploration of pressing concerns, and concrete steps to practice between meetings so momentum continues outside the room. We balance listening with gentle structure, inviting feedback and adjusting plans as needs shift. This way of working often suits adults, couples, and community groups seeking clear, respectful support.
