Mrs Monica Doyle

Registered Psychotherapist

Verified

A warm-hearted, compassionate, psychotherapist committed to your care and confidentiality. My specialization is trauma, relationship problems, emotional dependency and anxiety.

About Me

I am a Registered psychodynamic therapist based in Brazil. I help survivors of abuse, couples in conflict, and victims of childhood trauma elaborate and reprocess traumatic events using psycho education, IFS - internal family systems and EMDR protocol. I provide therapy to over 10 Countries. Warm, committed and supportive.

Approach

My approach is psychodynamic with emphasis in repetitive patterns and early relational adaptative defences and reactive mechanisms. I am inviting you to embark on a journey with me to find the source of what bothers you, aiming at strengthening your core, increasing self-compassion and self-acceptance, which in turn creates amazing changes in your relationships. I also incorporate IFS (parts work), Somatic and EMDR for the treatment of trauma.
