About Me
Approach
My clinical approach is grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework, focusing on the dynamic interaction between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use evidence-based CBT techniques, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), grounding strategies, mindfulness-based meditation, and clinical hypnotherapy to help individuals reduce distress and develop more adaptive patterns of thinking and responding. A key aspect of my work involves identifying and transforming limiting beliefs that contribute to psychological difficulties.
I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients can express emotions freely, enhance self-awareness, and develop adaptive coping skills. My practice is guided by ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and contemporary research on emotion regulation, trauma-informed care, and cognitive-behavioral interventions.
