You’ll notice sessions move with clear structure and gentle pacing, combining practical, skills-based work with space to explore feelings so change feels manageable. Based in Lagos, I offer in-person and online sessions in English, and with children or families we adapt activities and assessments to match developmental needs. Between meetings I set brief experiments or reflections to practice new responses and track progress, then we review what’s useful together. This way of working suits people who want steady, usable steps toward greater coping and clarity.
