My work centers on steady, practical steps that respect each young person's pace while inviting parents or guardians in when that strengthens progress. I offer sessions in Dasmariñas and online, in English or Tagalog, keeping meetings grounded, predictable and easy to bring back into daily life. Through short-term counseling we map transitions, break anxious patterns into manageable experiments, and agree on small actions between meetings so you can try new ways of coping. This approach suits adolescents and young adults who want a calm, collaborative setting to test changes and build confidence.
