About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist in Bryanston, Gauteng, South Africa. I work with adolescents and adults who face abuse, addiction, anxiety, and mood disorders. I offer assessments, individual therapy, adolescent therapy, and relationship counseling in a calm, confidential setting.

Approach

My practice is rooted in creating an attentive, exploratory space where we gently map patterns and test new ways of responding. In sessions in Sandton or online in English, we move at a practical pace — clarifying goals, using focused assessment, tracking what shifts between meetings and adjusting steps together. Therapy often blends reflective dialogue with concrete experiments to reduce distress and rebuild trust in relationships and self. This approach suits people seeking steady, collaborative work through anxiety, trauma, addiction or painful mood states.
