I see clients in New Delhi and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, and keep sessions practical and paced to you. Sessions blend trauma‑aware exploration, skills practice for anxiety, eating and mood concerns, plus relationship and sex‑positive work when relevant; between sessions I suggest simple steps to build momentum.
