Approach

Therapy here unfolds as a practical, collaborative process that helps young people and their families make sense of difficult transitions and painful memories. Sessions are paced to suit you—sometimes structured testing and feedback clarify learning or developmental needs, other times we use reflective conversation and behavioural experiments to shift patterns between appointments. I work from Sandton and online, and we can use English, isiXhosa, isiZulu, seTswana or Sesotho sa Leboa to suit your comfort. This way of working often helps those seeking clear insight and doable next steps.
