Mr Nkululeko Hadebe

Educational Psychologist

I am a psychologist registered with HPCSA. I work predominantly with adolescents, young adults and families struggling with emotional challenges associated with adjustment, trauma, depression, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety and behavioral problems. I also conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments.

About Me

I guide adolescents, young adults, and their families through emotional challenges. When facing adjustment, trauma, depression, or conflict, finding clarity can be difficult. I offer a supportive space to explore these feelings. My approach includes comprehensive psycho-educational assessments, providing deeper insight into individual needs. This makes me a good match for those seeking tailored understanding and practical ways to move forward.

Approach

Therapy here unfolds as a practical, collaborative process that helps young people and their families make sense of difficult transitions and painful memories. Sessions are paced to suit you—sometimes structured testing and feedback clarify learning or developmental needs, other times we use reflective conversation and behavioural experiments to shift patterns between appointments. I work from Sandton and online, and we can use English, isiXhosa, isiZulu, seTswana or Sesotho sa Leboa to suit your comfort. This way of working often helps those seeking clear insight and doable next steps.
