About Us

We are a Woodstock, Ontario, Canada counselling organization staffed by Registered Social Workers. We provide trauma counseling, relationship counseling, and general counseling for individuals and couples. We deliver confidential, practical care to reduce symptoms, increase safety, and strengthen relationships.

Approach

We move beyond diagnosis into attentive, practical work that helps you relearn how to care for your body, regulate emotions, and restore trust in relationships. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your tolerance—shorter check-ins, focused skill practice, and gentle exploration of memories when you’re ready—with clear goals you can try between meetings. We coordinate with other supports when useful and adjust approaches according to what’s actually helping you day to day. This way of working tends to suit people seeking steady, manageable change.
