As a psychologist, I offer in-depth support to Israelis and Ukrainians navigating the profound psychological aftermath of war. My focus is on helping you process difficult experiences and develop practical coping strategies. I understand the unique challenges faced when recovering from such events. This specialised approach ensures you receive compassionate, tailored guidance. My aim is to help you find stability and resilience amidst hardship.

Approach

Work unfolds through steady, safety-first pacing that balances bodily awareness with paced memory work, letting you notice small shifts before we build on them. Sessions feel collaborative and pragmatic: we check how your body, thoughts and relationships are tracking, practice brief stabilising skills between meetings, and gently test new ways of being together in the room or online. I see clients in Dunedin and offer remote appointments in English, Russian and Ukrainian, which many people recovering from war and long-term distress find grounding and practical.
