Ounkar

Ms Ounkar Kaur

Psychotherapist

I am providing face to face Psychotherapy/Counselling. Currently I am taking referrals.

About Me

Life can bring complex feelings and challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. I offer a welcoming face-to-face space where we can gently explore what's on your mind. This personal setting allows for a deeper connection, helping you gain clarity and find your way forward. If you're seeking a supportive, confidential environment to process experiences, I am here to help.

Approach

Currently taking referrals, I create a steady, attentive space where we pace sessions to suit you and follow what feels most pressing. In my Bristol consulting room, and when useful in Hindi/Urdu or Punjabi, we name patterns born from abuse or addictive behaviours and map small, practical steps between meetings. Sessions blend careful listening, reflective questions and pragmatic planning so you can test new ways of relating to yourself and others. This approach often suits adolescents and adults seeking grounded, relational work that makes change feel manageable.
