In Cape Town and online, in English, isiXhosa or isiZulu, appointments feel collaborative and practical — we clarify priorities, track mood and attention patterns, and agree on small experiments between meetings. Sessions balance listening with concrete tools tailored for anxiety, mood changes, ADHD challenges or pregnancy‑related concerns, and I check progress gently at each visit. This approach suits those wanting clear structure with compassionate support.
