When stress, anxiety, or depression feel overwhelming, they often connect to our closest relationships. I help individuals and families explore how these dynamics contribute to your well-being. Using a family systems approach, we can gently unpack long-held patterns together. This process offers clarity, helping you understand yourself and your connections better. My many years of practice provide a steady, experienced guide as you find new ways forward.

Stress, anxiety and depression often trace back to interactions we repeat, so I focus in session on gently mapping those relationship patterns and what they mean for you. In my Redwood Valley office, conducted in English, sessions move at a calm, steady pace—we name triggers, practice clearer boundary language, and try small experiments between meetings to shift how things unfold at home. That practical, relational focus helps adolescents, adults and couples build safer, more predictable connections and feel more in control.
