About Me

I am a registered clinical psychologist based in Claremont and Simonstown, Western Cape, South Africa. I work with people facing life transitions, mood disorders, LGBTQI+ issues and women's concerns. I offer individual therapy and mindfulness to build coping skills and manage mood.

Approach

I value compassion and acceptance of our shared human experience.

I provide evidence-based interventions primarily using a Mindfulness based cognitive therapy approach.

I also incorporate Jungian, Buddhist and other transpersonal concepts, dependent on the needs and interests of the person I am working with.
