Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist - ACT AND EMDR Practitioner Therapist - Mindfulness programs Teacher as MBSR, paws B (U.K. project for children),

About Me

I support individuals in finding clarity and new ways to cope. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, ACT, and EMDR, I help you explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My practice also includes teaching mindfulness programmes, such as MBSR and paws B for children. This offers practical tools for adults and young people seeking resilience and emotional well-being. We can work together to build lasting change.

Approach

I work by focusing sessions on what feels most pressing for you, exploring thoughts, patterns and day-to-day reactions so our conversations link directly to your life. In session we practise noticing unhelpful habits, try out different ways of responding to difficult feelings, and sometimes use short exercises you can bring into work, home or school between meetings. Change usually emerges as small, repeated shifts in choices and relationships rather than sudden fixes. This way of working often suits people managing anxiety, mood, stress or past difficulties.
