I'm a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years in the field of psychology. I am qualified to work numerous mental illnesses or life struggles. I have a special interest in working with couples through various challenges. My other specialities include Trauma and Grief through individual therapy.

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience, I offer a grounded, collaborative space. I help individuals and couples navigate life’s difficulties. My special interest is guiding couples to build stronger connections and clearer communication. For individuals, I provide dedicated support to process trauma and grief. We work together to understand your experiences, fostering resilience and practical strategies for well-being.

Approach

Sessions balance practical steps with deeper reflection, moving at a pace you set to meet everyday needs and emotional depth. I offer appointments in Johannesburg and online, in English and Sesotho sa Leboa, and keep sessions focused—short experiential tasks, narrative exploration and schema-focused reflection—to surface patterns in relationships, trauma, loss or addictive behaviours. Between sessions we may try small experiments to test new ways of relating. This approach tends to suit adolescents, adults and couples looking for clearer connection and steady progress.
