About Me

I help individuals of all ages build academic, personal, emotional, and social success. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I offer empathetic, strength-based support. We'll work together, focusing on practical, solutions-oriented strategies unique to you. Whether in one-to-one sessions or group settings, my goal is to guide you in navigating challenges. You’ll develop lasting confidence and well-being.

Approach

I focus on practical, skill-based steps that match your rhythm, turning goals into manageable experiments you can try between sessions. I work with children, adolescents and adults, and offer in clinic and online sessions in Arabic, English or French. Sessions are structured and collaborative: we identify patterns, test small changes, track sleep, stress and anxiety, and adapt tools from assessment and therapy to your needs. This approach suits anyone ready for steady, measurable progress.
