Mrs Raluca Petridis

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Are you feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? Do you have low self-esteem? Do you feel like you've lost yourself? I offer a therapy space where you can be yourself, a place that welcomes you as you are, in all your true colours, with your raw & unedited thoughts & emotions. You are not alone.

About Me

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or lost can be incredibly isolating. I offer a therapy space where you can truly be yourself, welcoming all your raw and unedited thoughts. Here, we gently explore what's on your mind without judgment. This safe environment supports you in navigating anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Together, we can help you rediscover your authentic self and find a way forward.

Approach

When days feel heavy and you’re unsure where to stand, sessions become a practical space to notice what’s happening in your body, thoughts and relationships. I see clients in Toronto in English and offer online appointments for those juggling work, parenting or medical appointments. We move at a steady, collaborative pace—tracking patterns, trying small experiments, and using brief between-session practices to ease overwhelm, process loss, or face trauma and fertility stress. This way of working fits people seeking clear, compassionate support to regain calm and confidence.
