About Us

We provide mental health services in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. We offer counseling, relationship counseling, psychological and diagnostic assessments, and psychometric testing. We serve individuals, couples, and families in confidential clinic-based or online sessions.

Approach

Rooted in our Abuja practice, we focus on steady, collaborative sessions that honour each person's pace and cultural background. Sessions in English, Hausa, Igbo or Yoruba — in clinic or online — combine structured assessment and reflective dialogue, with brief between-session tasks and regular check-ins to keep momentum.
