About Me

I help children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges. My integrative approach tailors support to your unique needs. We help individuals and families adapt and thrive. I'm passionate about child development, guiding young people within their contexts. We work together to find what's needed for everyone to flourish. This is ideal for those seeking flexible, understanding support.

Approach

Children, adolescents and families enter sessions with real-world concerns, and I orient each meeting around what feels most useful right now — practical, paced and responsive to your day-to-day. In Grahamstown I offer English sessions and continue care online when helpful; meetings often combine gentle activities, observation and clear, shared goals so parents and young people leave with manageable steps. Between sessions I check-in and adapt plans as needs shift, keeping progress relatable and achievable for everyone involved. This tends to suit families seeking down-to-earth, flexible support.
