I focus on practical, paced work that meets you where you are, helping us translate insights into small, doable changes. Sessions — in Ahmedabad or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu — blend reflective dialogue, emotion-mapping and brief skill practice so each meeting feels contained and actionable. Between sessions we try short experiments, track mood shifts and use stabilising steps before gently processing difficult memories, all informed by my clinical training. Adults facing anxiety, low mood or past trauma often find this steady, collaborative pace helpful.
