About Me

I’m Ridhi Chadha, a psychologist who believes that therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding you—your patterns, your emotions, and your inner world—so you can live with greater clarity and ease. My work is rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, stress, life transitions, or difficulties regulating emotions. I follow an integrative and evidence-based psychological framework while adapting therapy to suit each individual’s unique experiences and needs. I’m especially mindful of working at a pace that feels comfortable, grounded, and empowering for my clients. In therapy with me, we focus on: -Understanding emotional patterns and triggers -Building healthier coping and regulation skills -Improving self-awareness and self-compassion -Strengthening relationships and boundaries -Navigating change, uncertainty, and personal growth I believe therapy works best when it feels human, honest, and collaborative—not clinical or intimidating. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to support you in moving toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned with who you are.

Approach

Honouring the details you bring, I shape sessions around small, practical moves that feel manageable and honest. Sessions are paced to match your rhythm: we set clear short-term focuses, practice one or two skills in the room, and I offer simple reflections or experiments to try between meetings. The work tends to be collaborative and steady—tracking what shifts, adjusting gently, and keeping curiosity active when things feel stuck. People who want pragmatic, compassionate change usually find this way of working helpful.
