This ensures our sessions are truly relevant, supporting you to navigate challenges with care and insight.

Healing that honours the layers of identity happens through steady, curious sessions where your lived context shapes the pace and focus. I offer English-language appointments from London and online, keeping a calm, flexible rhythm that fits new parents and changing routines. We work gently on mood, sleep and bonding after birth using reflective listening, practical emotion-regulation techniques and small between-session steps tailored to postnatal adjustment and cultural pressures. This approach often helps those navigating early parenthood while carrying complex family and community expectations.
