We work together to understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns might influence present difficulties. This reflective process helps you process complex emotions and foster lasting change, moving towards greater emotional stability and understanding.

In Sydney and via secure English-language online sessions, I keep a steady, reflective pace that allows time to notice small shifts. This way of working tends to help adults facing bereavement, burnout, relational hurt or past abuse.
