My work focuses on turning personal insights into everyday habits: I use small, practical experiments and child-friendly activities that reveal what supports regulation and cooperation. From my base in New Delhi I offer in-person and online sessions in English, French and Hindi/Urdu, structuring meetings to match a child's pace and a family's routines. Sessions are collaborative—short tasks, guided reflection and simple home strategies I co-design with caregivers, with clear, doable steps between meetings to build consistency. This approach suits families seeking steady, practical change rather than quick fixes.
