About Me
Approach
I use an eclectic approach to therapy and tailor my interventions based on your needs and preferences.
I use a person-centered approach as I commit to providing you with a safe, judgment-free space to share your feelings and experiences, and to help you feel validated and appreciated. I also use a psychodynamic approach to help you revisit your past experiences and gain more insight about how these experiences impact how you feel and behave in the present. I also use acceptance and commitment therapy to support you in accepting your own feelings and thoughts as they are, and making needed changes in your behaviors to feel more fulfilled in life. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in my work to aid you change some unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns that contribute to your emotional distress or issues.

Making the decision to seek therapy can be incredibly challenging, and I feel honored to be part of your journey. It’s not always easy to acknowledge the need for support, but it’s a significant act of self-care.
I do not utilize a one-size-fits-all approach; I rather tailor my interventions based on your needs. My approach is grounded in establishing a safe and inclusive therapeutic space for you to openly express yourself, explore your emotions, and progress towards personal growth. Depending on your goals, my therapeutic interventions may include cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, solution-focused and/or acceptance-based approaches. Together, we can find new interpretations and meanings to your life stories in a supportive and judgment-free environment.
