As a compassionate Educational Psychologist, I help individuals and groups of all ages cultivate their inherent strengths. Together we focus on practical steps that lift everyday functioning while honouring your values and cultural context. In my Durban practice I work in English, isiXhosa and isiZulu, seeing individuals, families and groups in person and offering brief between-session check-ins to keep momentum. Sessions combine careful assessment with collaborative goal-setting, a steady pace attuned to children and adolescents, and clear, strength-based strategies you can try at home or school. This way of working tends to help parents, young people and communities seeking sustainable, hopeful change.
