About Me

I am a psychologist and counselor based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. I work with you on behaviour and conduct problems, body-image concerns, and eating disorders. I offer art therapy, psychometric testing, counseling, mediation, and online therapy for personal development.

Approach

Assessment shapes the first steps, then creative tasks and focused dialogue translate what emerges into clear, practical steps. Sessions—whether in Karachi or online, in English or Urdu—move between art-making, brief testing, and gentle, time-bound conversations so you can see patterns without getting overwhelmed. Between meetings I offer short observations and simple tasks to try, keeping pace measured and collaborative. Those facing body-image, eating or conduct concerns often find this hands-on, evidence-minded rhythm helpful.

Services

I offer online counselling sessions over Zoom, WhatsApp, or any other agreed upon medium. I have a structured but non-directive, empathic, non-judgemental, holistic, and humanistic approach towards counseling. My aim as a psychologist is to provide unconditional support and a non-judgemental safe space to people who approach me, and to help them navigate through their issues to improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Counselling is a healing process, and it takes time and effort on part of both the practitioner and the counselee. And my approach is to treat the this healing process as a two way learning experience.

In addition to the areas mentioned below I like to work with people with eating relayed issues. I have a training called STRIPED and have several trainings on eating disorders. If you are struggling with your eating issues do reach out.

If you want to engage me as your Counselor you will have to fill an online agreement form and submit a copy of your CNIC. Each session is of 50 minutes and fee is required to be paid in advance. For agreement form and more details contact me at sara.geistpsyservices@gmail.com.

Only emails and messages with proper details (Name, Age, Issue, and Preferred Time and Day) are entertained. To save your time do not make a call, apologies for that in advance.
