Specialist Wellness Counselor

The therapy room seems to be one of the only remaining places where two people can sit together uninterrupted for 50 minutes. My practice offers an unconditional, non-judgemental containing space to women seeking the clarity to live with increased insight, personal power, and purpose.

About Me

My practice offers a truly unconditional, non-judgemental space for women. Here, you can pause and cultivate deeper insight, finding clarity to live with greater purpose. Each 50-minute session provides an uninterrupted, containing environment. This dedicated time allows you to freely explore your thoughts and feelings. It helps you step into your personal power and move towards a more intentional way of being.

Approach

Held within that quiet, uninterrupted session, I listen for the small, often overlooked threads of tension that keep you stuck and gently help you name them. From my base in Cape Town I offer sessions in English, available in-person and online, where we pace the work to your energy—short reflective prompts, practical experiments between meetings, and steady check-ins so change feels manageable. This approach suits women seeking clarity from overwhelm and a steadier, more intentional day-to-day.
