I focus on uncovering the emotional learnings that keep painful patterns in place and then work to transform them through focused emotional processing. In Flagstaff and via secure online sessions I alternate emotionally intense exploration with practical communication practice inspired by Nonviolent Communication. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your tolerance—sometimes short, concentrated interventions informed by ISTDP and Coherence Therapy, sometimes gentler, reflective work—with concrete experiments to try between meetings.
