About Me

I am a relationship-focused therapist. I help families bridge communication gaps, believing everyone deserves to feel truly heard, seen, and understood. I create a safe space for open dialogue, where each voice can be explored without judgment. We can work together to untangle misunderstandings and build stronger connections. If your family struggles to connect, I offer a gentle, collaborative approach. This fosters clearer conversations and deeper understanding.

Approach

Believing everyone deserves to be fully heard, I use brief, guided turns in sessions that let quieter voices and frustrated ones both be named. I work with adolescents, couples and families in Huntingdon Valley and online, in English, keeping sessions calm and paced so nervous systems can settle. We practice simple communication steps, reflect on patterns that fuel anxiety, mood shifts or difficult behaviour, and I may offer short between-session invitations to try a new phrasing or boundary at home. This approach fits those seeking gentle, practical shifts toward clearer connection.
