About Us

We are a mental health organisation with licensed social workers. We provide counselling, trauma counselling, group therapy, and online therapy for individuals and groups. We teach practical coping skills in a calm, private setting.

In person or through secure online sessions, we create a quiet, confidential space and pace that fits each person. Sessions blend short skill practice, focused reflection and targeted activities, with simple between-session steps to build momentum.
