Beginning in quiet, attentive sessions, I help you notice how feelings and relationships play out in the room and between sessions, using words, drawings or brief creative experiments when speech feels stuck. In Barcelona or online, in Spanish, English or Turkish, sessions move at a thoughtful pace—curious, steady and tailored to adolescents and adults managing anxiety, mood shifts, compulsions or eating concerns. We regularly reflect on patterns that repeat in your life and in therapy, connecting small moments to larger meanings. Many people find this way of working grounding and clarifying.
