Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

Verified

Having worked for a decade in the field of counselling and psychotherapy, I now lean towards in-depth therapy. It is a slow and gentle process of unraveling the cause of so much distress that one is unable to move ahead in a satisfactory way. The non directional approach gives clients the agency to take the therapist where they feel prepared to go and yet engage to in meaningful way in therapy. Through this work clients begin to recognise the root cause of their anxieties and bring these down to a managebale level.

About Me

I work with adults, adolescents and children. It requires immense courage to seek professional help which I deeply respect about my clients. My hope is that through therapy my clients will begin to know themselves better and develop internal capacity to manage their distress and life in general in a better way

Approach

Psychoanalysis is a slow, gentle, non directional approach to therapy which attempts to Re-Search oneself, to learn how life experiences have shaped one. It is also a gradual process of developing inner strength to make better and well-informed choices to build a meaningful, fulfilling life
