Ms Shahrzad Khosravi

Registered Psychotherapist

I work with individuals and couples who are dealing with self-esteem issues, depression, relationship issues, attachment issues, and trauma. I promote psychological wellbeing by encouraging self-awareness, acceptance, and positive patterns in my clients. Please contact me for more information or booking a session.

About Me

I work with individuals and couples navigating self-esteem issues, depression, relationship challenges, attachment, or trauma. We explore these experiences together in a supportive space. I guide clients to cultivate deeper self-awareness and acceptance. This fosters positive patterns, promoting lasting psychological wellbeing. It is ideal for those seeking clarity and new ways to connect with themselves and others.

Approach

Sessions move from exploration to focused skill-building, where I help you notice patterns, test small changes and strengthen emotional responses. I offer appointments in Toronto and online, in English and Farsi, paced to your needs. In-session I use attentive listening alongside practical exercises and may suggest short between-session practices to consolidate shifts, especially around anxiety, low mood, attachment wounds or relational strain. This steady, collaborative way of working suits adults and couples seeking clearer choices and more reliable connection.
