Sheilagh O'Sullivan

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Mark Twain noted "The two most important days in your life are the day you were born, and the day you find out why". Do you dream of a life in which you are confident to be, and share your authentic self? It is possible. Receiving compassionate, thoughtful, creative support will allow you to transform your dream life into your real life. A life that is filled with peace, meaning and inner resolve.

About Me

I am a registered psychotherapist based in rural Canada. I support clients in North, Central, and South America, as well as Ireland, and the UK.

Approach

I engage in a direct, practical, upbeat, yet grounded approach. I draw on an eclectic mix of approaches including nature therapy, clinical hypnosis, meditation, Jungian analysis including dream interpretation, and Celtic spirituality, so that you find our time together to be genuine, collaborative, emotionally abundant, never mundane, and ultimately transformative. I look forward to walking with you on this adventure of inner learning, self-growth and living joyfully.
