About Me

I offer a calm, meaningful space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, social anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges. My aim is to serve all sections of society by providing experienced psychological support. For 1000₹ an hour, I focus on helping you find comfort and understanding as we work through your concerns together.

Approach

I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and accessible. To keep sessions affordable, I work in a focused and structured way, while still leaving room for reflection, emotional understanding, and meaningful change. I offer online therapy from New Delhi, with sessions available in both Hindi and English. I work from an integrative, eclectic approach and draw from different therapeutic models based on your needs. These may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)–informed skills, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. I also offer grief-informed support, mindfulness-based practices, and occasional creative or art-based prompts when words feel difficult. Between sessions, I suggest small, manageable exercises and reflective practices to support progress without overwhelm. Therapy is not about doing more—it’s about doing what is doable, consistent, and meaningful for you.
