About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in South Delhi, Delhi, India. I help adults and adolescents address abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, and eating disorders through consultation and supervision. I provide psychoanalytic psychotherapy.l

Approach

I provide longer-term psychotherapy and use a psychoanalytical approach with my work. I actively work with my patient to help them understand what they are going through in their mind. Often, people may feel they are trapped in their past and trapped in a repeated pattern of relationships and wish to talk it through with someone. Psychotherapy is a safe and private space that gradually helps in becoming more aware of yourself. The relationship with the therapist gradually helps in understanding how to do things differently, make better choices, and accept what cannot be changed.
