Simran

Ms Simran Brijwani, MA

Counseling Psychologist

I am a mental health counsellor/ psychotherapist based in Mumbai, India, offering online sessions to native and International clients. I work with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds using a strengths-based framework tailored to each client's needs.

About Me

I believe that change becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be vulnerable and are met with curiosity, compassion and care. My practice is relational and process-oriented, i.e. I support clients in recognising patterns, building on their strengths, and developing mind-body awareness to ignite change. I integrate attachment theory, internal family systems, narrative, solution-focused and mindfulness-based practices, depending on the client's needs. I primarily support individuals aged 16+ years navigate anxiety, life transitions, grief, childhood trauma, self-esteem, relationships, and neurodivergence.
