My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, body-oriented, and solution-focused. I work with Havening Techniques® and Hypnosis to gently release anxiety, emotional stress, and old patterns. In a safe, supportive space, I help clients reconnect with their bodies, restore inner stability, and experience lasting emotional freedom.
